Active Guard Reserve (AGR) Job Opportunities
Active Guard Reserve (AGR) are National Guard Soldiers who are on voluntary active duty providing full-time support to Washington National Guard organizations for the purpose of organizing, administering, recruiting, instructing, or training. AGR Soldiers serve full time and enjoy the same benefits and entitlements of Active Duty Soldiers.

1. WAARNG Soldiers are required to submit applications via IPPS-A CRM. SMs will coordinate with their RNCO and S1 to route applications to the HRO provider group (NGWA HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE).
2. All other applicants will continue to use email and submit applications to ng.wa.waarng.list.agr-applications@army.mil
